Cheryl Cox
Owner
Senior Reflexologist

Cheryl’s journey into holistic health and healing modalities started when she was having her own health issues. Not only could she not figure it out, neither could her doctors. Hypothyroid, hormone imbalance, digestive issues, depression and anxiety. She suffered for a good majority of her life with ALL of these and never got passed much more than “try this”.

Knowing there had to be more, she started with nutrition by attending the Institute of Integrative Nutrition’s holistic health coaching certification program in 2012. She was then introduced to essential oils which taught her how to support immune function and emotional well-being with great smelling plant powerhouses!

It was then she was introduced to Reflexology, became certified by Family Foot Reflexology & Sole Source Reflexology in 2014 and obtained her International Certification from the International Institute of Reflexology in early 2020. She is fascinated with the feet and hands when addressing issues from stress management to emotional detoxification, Reflexology is beneficial in so many ways!
